Indulge me in some bathroom reno chat

We are starting to think about our upcoming bathroom renovation when we return to the house in October. For context, the bathroom is absolutely tiny and a narrow shape (far left on the mood board below), which is good for our budget but isn’t particularly practical in terms of design. A separate bath and shower is out of the question and we can only fit the shortest bath size in, which has to sit under the window. We had toyed with replacing the bath with a walk in shower but it feels silly removing the only bath from what could easily be a family home.
